Lychee Tree and laughs

So following our Goodwill adventure, we wandered a few doors down to Lychee Tree, which is sort of like a Japanese dollar store. Do you remember how popular notebooks and pencil pouches from Maido and Hilltop Gifts were in middle school? My favorite part was the hilariously nonsensical memos on the outside. Seeing these made us laugh.

And then we saw these bobby pins and proceeded to laugh some more. An "America pin?" We were unaware these existed. Hah!

A door knob cover: something else we had never heard of.


The best part of this photo? The fact that the girl wielding the cleaver is wearing a shirt that says "Stop Genocide in Sudan."



Apologies for most of these photos not being particularly attractive...but I hope they gave you a laugh!

    asian products always have horrible grammar

    i love how you captured the ferocity of the cleaver-wielding girl. it almost seems as if she's trying to slash at me.
